I am Mehdi Kaaveh and I was born in 09 Feb. 1980. I started working in the field of international shipping in 2005. In 2012, I started a shipping company with 3 other business partners and in 2017, I founded my own shipping company - Masirex - ( www.masirex.com ) and thanks to the great teammates I have there, Masirex is moving on successfully and it is my main source of income.
During the process of founding Masirex, I took some coaching sessions and I found out that coaching has always been my passion and the coaching approach, was something I had been using in my management style without knowing it is coaching I was doing. So, in 2017, I started studying coaching in Farsi Coaching Academy and took my level one coaching certificate. I have had more than 100 hours of coaching with different clients and somewhere in the route, I realized, though having a coach has huge benefits, being your own coach is a must!
